On-the-Job Coaching
Hands-on coaching and systematic instruction at the worksite, with a plan to fade support as independence grows.

LaunchPoint Employment Partners LLC was founded in October 2026 in Greenville, South Carolina, on a simple conviction: employment services work best when one accountable professional owns the outcome — one coach, one career plan, one employer at a time.
Ramone brings executive leadership in human services operations — including compliance, investigations, and workforce operations — and direct experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. LaunchPoint serves Greenville and Spartanburg Counties.
